FTP APPLICATION ACCESS INFORMATION
If you have an FTP application and need access information please use the following:
Address: 63.162.101.54
User name: booothclients
Password: digital

• Click on the FTP Access link below or on our home page
• In Windows Internet Explorer 7 click on the menu item "Page"
• A dropdown list will appear; Choose "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer" - If this option is not available, follow the instructions below or open Windows Explorer directly and fill in address with the link above
• In the "Log On As" box fill in the user name and password as follows:
User name: boothclients
Password: digital
• Upload and Download Folders will appear
• Drag files in/out the appropriate folder to/from your computer
TO UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD FILES USING SAFARI
• Click on the FTP Access link below or on our home page
• In Windows Internet Explorer 7 click on the menu item "Page"
• A dropdown list will appear; Choose "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer"
• In the "Log On As" box fill in the user name and password as follows:
User name: boothclients
Password: digital
• Upload and Download Folders will appear
• Drag files in/out the appropriate folder to/from your computer
The most common error reported by clients is "The Operation Timed Out" to resolve this problem you will need to change one setting in your Internet Explorer Options.
• Click on the menu item Tools (ALT-T on your keyboard)
• Choose Internet Options
• Go to the Advanced tab
• Scroll almost half way down the list under the Browsing heading until you see Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)
• Un-Check that box
• Click on OK
• Refresh the FTP Access browser window.
If the Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer option is not available:
• Open Windows Explorer directly and fill in address with the link above
OR
• Click on the menu item Tools (ALT-T on your keyboard)
• Choose Internet Options
• Go to the Advanced tab
• Scroll down the list until you see Enable FTP Folder View (outside of Internet Explorer) under the Browsing heading
• Check that box
• Click on OK
• Follow the directions above
ERRORS
The most common error reported by clients is "Server Conection Interupted" to resolve this problem you will need to change one setting in your System Prefrences.
• Open your System Preferences control pannel
• Choose Network
• Choose the approiateNetwork Connection
• Choose Configure
• Go to the Proxies tab
• Un-Check the box Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV) at the bottom
• Click on Apply Now
• Close the window
• Refresh the Safari FTP Access browser window
Fetch Users: Please turn off Passive Mode Tansfers if you are experiencing problems.
